The national torch project and the electronic and information industrial hub in Chengdu — Jinniu High-tech Industrial Zone covers an area of 16 km2. Divided into western and northern areas, the Industrial Zone is strategically located with the western area at the west gate passage between the Yangxi line and Chengguan Road, and the northern area at the north gate passage next to Chuanshan Road West.
The western area of Jinniu High-tech Industrial Zone combined seamlessly with the Chengdu High-tech Zone West , which is a national-standard high-tech development zone. It is the important supplement and extension of Chengdu High-tech Zone West and the base of high-end and innovative technologies in Chengdu. Its main industries are electronic information, pharmaceutical and biology, modern manufacturing and new materials.
Based on the above four core businesses, the Industrial Zone created an open technological innovative structure through enhancing the cooperation of tertiary institutions, technological research organizations and high-tech corporations with the Industrial Zone’s backbone of large corporations. In this way, cooperation projects are able to start from the high ground. The Industrial Zone is an important component of Chengdemian High-tech Industrial Zone, the point of economic growth for the area and a model development zone with beautiful environment and rich wildlife.
The development project has already completed roads of a total length of 10 km. “Seven connection and one leveling” has also been done. Electricity cables have been put underground to form the road network with Yangxi line, Sanhuan Road, Yingbin Road and Jinke Road as the main roads. Completed with a greengage area of 300,000 m2 of three greengage plazas, the zone has 40% covered with plants. Decorated with brilliant lighting, it is the most scenic area in the western side of the city. The Industrial Zone has already attracted 52 corporations, including Sichuan Huiyuan Science & Technology Holdings Limited , Chengdu Daxinan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, Chengdu Tongli Electric Corporation, Sichuan Top Software Co., Ltd, representing a total production value of RMB 3.13 billion, industrial added-value RMB 990 million and tax RMB 200 million.
As the capital of the province and the cultural center of southwestern China, Chengdu will connect will Chongqing to be the top cities and the development hubs of western China. In recent years, the economic development, city planning and city construction are all going toward this direction. Project Target: 18 levels of office units + business hotel + villa-style office
1. Establish landmarks of Yangxi line: Technological and humanized infrastructure tailor-made for the small and medium enterprises with detailed planning; 2. Set-up three 18-storey buildings with units on two sides by the side of Shuxi Road: The buildings will be on Yangxi line and close to the A-grade office buildings. With nice scenery, they will also be influenced by high-class image and they can also satisfy the vanity of the occupants. 3. Establish a mini business hotel at the corner: These four buildings will be the main image of the project. 4. After completing the above four buildings, a 3 to 4 storey independent villa-style offices will be built; 5. The construction area unit for the high buildings will be around 200-300 m2; 6. Most of the construction area per unit for the villa will be around 300-500 m2; 7. No centralized greengage will be built. Plants will be put in different places and separate the buildings.
