Established in 1987 in Japan by the Japanese master of modern style, Mr Kazuyoshi Takahashi, ZACC has become the leading brand of Japanese hairstyling and image-creation and the FFBC Holdings’ partner in Japan. Mr Kazuyoshi is famous among the Japanese performance artists by his modern image creation services. His team is the appointed image creation team for the Japanese artists Ayumi Hamasaki, Fukada Kyoko, BoA and Namie Amuro. Through these artists well known in Asia, Mr Kazuyoshi and his team create the modern Japanese style in the hair-styling world.
Currently, ZACC has five image stores in the high-end areas of Tokyo, which are Copain at Daikanyama, Shibuya; Mignon at Harajuku, Shibuya; Prime, Raffine (un) and Vie (deux) at Omotesandom, Aoyama. Each location and market position is specially determined by the designers’ years of experience and the target customers' age range. ZACC Wedding (Guam) is added into the group in this summer, providing Japanese grooms and brides with make-up and image creation services.
The store focus on the “three-visits make one loyal customer” strategy by fully understanding the overall look of which the customer wants to create, and cultivate trust with hair-style suggestions tailor-made for the customer's hair texture and hair growth direction. Follow-up is done by hair care consultants who provide the customer with regular daily hair care and maintenance methods. Customers will be able to handle their hairstyle on their own at home.
ZACC set up ZACC Asia Co. Ltd in Taipei in April 2007 and it mainly focuses on overseas training development and educational business for the time being. The Company is planning to establish ZACC Taipei flagship shop and develop professional hair care products and regular hairstyle shows.
