From 2004 onward, VOL has successfully run its operation at No. 18 at the Beach of Shanghai, and the open air Mr & Mrs Bund and Bar Rouge. The company has rewritten the fashion and style of food and beverage culture in Shanghai.
June 27th in 2006, VOL Bund Club, home to the much-awaited Family Li imperial Cuisine and T Sens restaurants finally opened its door in a lavish Grand Opening Ceremony. Located in Huangpu Park, by the banks of the Huangpu river, VOL Bund Club has an ideal location. On the ground floor, Family Li imperial Cuisine basks in its lavish decorations of black and gold showing a discreetly luxurious style. Family Li Cuisine is the last inheritor of the Qing Dynasty’s imperial cooking methods. Li Shanlin has developed Family Li Imperial Cuisine into a world famous and culinary tradition. Now, at last, Family Li Imperial Cuisine is available to Shanghai gourmets.
T Sens, VOL’s newest restaurant featuring Mediterranean Cuisine, is located in an amazing glass construction on the 2nd floor. With its stunning location and panoramic riverside view, guests can drink in the beautiful Huangpu river scenery while indulging their palates with delicious food.
