The league received a total revenue of more than USD 10 billion. According to the statistics, each of the 200 million people of the USA possess two baseball caps.

In Cuba, the Country's top leader, Castro has selected the team members in person for the National Delegation on every international championship trip. The delegation has won the world championship more than 30 times.

In Japan, baseball is the most beloved sport for all Japanese. Among the 34 pages of the top three newspapers in Japan, the first 8 - 10 pages are almost all about baseball competitions on the previous day. 1. Development in China

Baseball was very popular in China in the 1950s to 1960s and it was once the “army ball” of the China People’s Liberation Army with baseball teams in each camp and division.

In recent years, baseball has been advancing at full speed along with the China economy. The National University Student Baseball League was held in 2000 and professional baseball sport promotion was started in 2002.

According to unofficial statistics, there are more than 130 baseball teams in secondary schools and they are mainly located in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

Beijing is the most developed baseball district in China. With more than 80 teams at each level and a total of 2,000 to 3,000 players, the potential is huge.

3. Strong Bat Project

The "Strong Bat Project" includes building school team, training high quality players, promoting safe baseball, organizing baseball winter camps, summer camps and baseball competitions for secondary students in Beijing City. At least 100 competitions at various levels are planned to be held each year.

Talks with related media for TV broadcasts are in process, aiming to get live and recorded broadcasts of around 30 competitions annually in Beijing and other parts of the country.
